Description
A Senior Change Analyst is required to join a new team working on a large complex programme of change for a well known client in the Midlands.
The successful individual will be:
* Managing small discrete projects under supervision of a Change Manager/Senior Change Manager
* Identifying, evaluating and tracking the progress of project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating them appropriately with suggested mitigating actions and implementing as directed
* Collaborating with others on the Programme team to implement the change in hand
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background of:
* Change Analysis or related Project Management support
* Detailed knowledge and experience of the project life cycle
* Knowledge of Group Operational processes and procedures
* A range of experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution
* Supporting a large change programme within a corporate/financial environment
