CRM Project Manager (MS Dynamics) 6 months, Canary Wharf
We require an experienced CRM Project Manager (MS Dynamics) for an initial 6 month contract working in Canary Wharf.
The CRM Project Manager will deliver the Global CRM solution. This will be through a standard delivery of Microsoft's Dynamic product and will enable the decommissioning of a number of Legacy solutions
The CRM Project Manager will need to manage a wide set of key stakeholders and build strong working relationships. They will have full accountability for the delivery of the Project
Essential skills:
- PMP or Prince qualified
- A proven track record of successful project management for projects >$3m
- Project Managed CRM Dynamics implementation(s)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience of risk assessment, management and mitigation in complex project environments
- Experience of working with a variety of external vendors
- Experience of managing complex dependencies with an attention to detail that ensured success
Desirable:
- Experience of project delivery within in an energy and/or trading environment
- Experience of working with managed service providers
