Senior Change Analyst (Change)
A leading financial services organisation are looking for a Senior Change Analyst to join their Change Management Team to work on a high profile project. The successful candidate will have a background within Change Management in financial services and will be responsible for the production of detailed business requirements, business Process Re-engineering, process maps, understanding and documenting Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies, stakeholder management and assisting the project manager. The role is to assist with the transformation and development of a regulatory project You will be part of a team defining the detailed business requirements and working with key stakeholders. All applying candidates must have a strong Financial Services background with experience in Change Banking, ideally gained in the last 5 years.
