I am looking for a Service Acceptance Manager for my blue chip company based in Brussels. You must be fluent in French and English to be considered for this position.

The Service Acceptance Team is part of Corporate Technology Division, it is the entry point into the division for any project. The Service Acceptance Manager would then identify the teams that need to be involved, ensure the proper definition, planning and coordination of the task that needs to be done.

The role of the Service Acceptance Manager coves the following main criteria:

  • Manage and communicate in Corporate Technology the impact of IT projects on technology and production environments.
  • Ensure compliance with system architecture standards and preproduction ceptance criteria.
  • Responsible for optimizing Total Cost of Ownership for infrastructure changes.

I am looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Practical experience in project/programme leading
  • As well as a good overall technical expertise in complex environments for example:
  • IBM Mainframe, Tandem, Unix, Windows and advanced networking and storage.
  • You must be able to demonstrate your ability to plan, control and monitor the Corporate Technology project definition and execution.
  • Must be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a team.
