Description
The quality control inspector will be working in a small team checking the Company's products at inline and final stages.
You should be familiar with working in an Electronics production environment at all stages of the production life cycle with specific experience in Inspection and qualification of final assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Objectives:
- Visual inspection using a microscope.
- Mechanical and simple electrical measurements.
- Inspection at both assembly and component level.
- Understanding assembly drawings and specifications.
- Providing feedback to manufacturing to encourage continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work in other areas of the manufacturing area as and when required to meet the demands of the business.
Deliverables:
- Output in line with planned quality, quantity and cost.
- Daily report or progress against plan and yield.
- Materials and WIP controlled to better than 98% accuracy.
