Description
SAP Project Manager required or large implementation project in Bangkok. We are looking for a LOCAL RESOURCE WHO SPEAKS THAI.
Key responsibilities;
- Overall head of SAP functional and technical Project teams for all day-to-day matter;
- Prepare and monitor detailed project plans
- Ensure that the project direction is consistent with Implementation methodology
- Responsible for milestone deliverables and Project delays
- Organize weekly project meetings, review outstanding activities, allocate next week's confirmed activities to teams;
- Provide broad overall fortnightly/monthly schedules for project;
- Prepare and send weekly project status report to team leads and project management team
- Prepare and send monthly project progress report to executive and steering committee
- Hold regular meetings with the team leaders and consultants to identify and resolve business and technical issue arising from the project
- Define, plan, communicate and monitor adherence to quality standards and documentation templates that are used in the project
- Responsible for Projects Budgets and Deployment
- Responsible for all travel schedules of Consultants - both for scheduled project breaks as well as travel to other client sites related to the project
- Responsible for milestone deliverables and Project delays
- Schedule and organize Quality Audit, if requested by client
- Control Project Scope
- Initiate and Project Change Order due to increase in Scope, Timelines, delay etc. enumerate impact by costs and timelines
- Review and escalate Integration issues
- Ensure timely completion of milestones deliverables, communication to client counterpart
- Support preparation of material and participate in Steering Committee meetings
