French Helpdesk Analyst, Dublin city centre, 12 months contract

One of our multinational IT clients is looking to hire French Helpdesk Analyst for their advanced support division based in Dublin city centre.

You will assist with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. You will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service.

Your main responsibility will be to log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.

Main Requirements:
-Fluent French speaker
-Fluent English speaker
-Experienced in helpdesk technical support
-Nice to have Microsoft Certificated System (MCSE)
