Description
Our client is looking for a SAP HR specialist (Master Level) for a freelancer contract based in Brussels, in Belgium.
The Global Solution Manager is a senior SAP HR expert that is responsible for three areas from a system SAP HR perspective:
a) Global Template governance
- Review and QA of key project deliverables from a technical point of view to ensure documentation and solution respect the global template
- Attend global CR meetings and prepare decision proposal and/or alternative before hand.
- Interacts with Projects, BACC and BAU to keep template aligned
- Supports global People stream lead in managing the SAP HR landscape incl. interfaces.
b) Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
- Review and QA of key project deliverables from a technical point of view to ensure documentation and solution meets high quality expectations
- Escalation to Global People
