My leading technology client is looking for an experienced Cisco qualified contact centre engineer to build a CISCO Contact Centers in France (Paris), and worldwide. The successful candidate will need 2 years + of experience in the deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise. UCCEI/UCCED/UCCES qualified would be advantageous. Looking for someone with a telecommunication background and strong projects experience. This is an immediate requirement for a 3 month contract and it could lead on to more project work. Ideally, you will have worked on relevant projects and not just BAU work.

Excellent day rate + 3 month visible extension + Immediate start

  • Experience of Quality management
  • Very good Knowledge of CISCO IPCC Solutions- Routing CUCM (UCCE)
  • Very good Knowledge of CISCO CVP(Cisco Voice Portal) solutions(deployment) - Routing CUIC, Voice Gateway (switching, routing)
  • English and French speaking

  • Target architecture of the platforms definition
  • Launch of the project - technical frame
  • Create (complete) the integration, configuration of Cisco applications and third-party
  • Responsible for Quality commitments (AQP -Assurance Quality PLAN-, indicators, )
  • Technical specification's Control of production
  • Record architecture production control
  • Organization of infrastructures & architectures for platform mounting
  • Internal & Customer acceptances follow-up and roll out
  • Deliverable writings (drafting)
  • Reporting up to hierarchy
