SAP HR Consultant - Leuven, Belgium (with international travel)
Languages: ENGLISH, DUTCH is a major plus
The senior SAP HR expert is responsible for three areas from a system SAP HR perspective:
a) Global Template governance
- Review and QA of key project deliverables from a technical point of view to ensure documentation and solution respect the global template
- Attend global CR meetings and prepare decision proposal and/or alternative before-hand.
- Interacts with Projects, BACC and BAU to keep template aligned
- Supports global People stream lead in managing the SAP HR landscape incl. interfaces.
B) Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
- Review and QA of key project deliverables from a technical point of view to ensure documentation and solution meets high quality expectations
- Escalation to Global People
C) Escalation point for technical issues
- Active system support in case of critical technical issues
- Supports other projects for critical system activities (eg, system upgrades and functionality Go-Lives)
