SAP Data Lead-
My client a Major International Manufacturing Company is seeking a Data Lead who is responsible for data conversion planning and execution activities to support data migration to SAP, as well as creating and maintaining project and resource plans, action plans, monitoring and resolving issues, and ensuring cross team collaboration. The Data Lead applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques supporting functional and technical resources to achieve critical project milestones and complete deliverables. In addition he/she oversees the data cleansing and project cutover activities. The Data Lead provides active and visible leadership throughout the implementation.
- Ability to convey complex technical issues in a plain language. Proactively identify project risks and create feasible solutions. Leverage the client end to end SAP implementation methodology to develop project plans for all data tasks.
- Identify and develop process improvements that will foster more effective and efficient future implementations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
