Site Coordinator for Offshore Wind Parks (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Describing individual working stages and tools necessary to prepare work assignments and to optimise sequences of operations
  • Identify HSE, QM, costs and scheduling risks, implement processes to avoid these risks
  • Minimise potential source of risk as part of work preparation; reduce accidents
  • Coordinate the companies involved in work preparation and construction work as well as assisting contractors / personnel
  • Close cooperation with ship management at eye-to-eye level
  • Coordinate working procedures according to HSE and QM policies
  • Contact with project
  • Assist in the rectification of defects and handover of construction work to customer
  • Define technical specifications
  • Contribute to technical bidders discussions
  • Assist with technical inspections
  • Maintain necessary reports with reference to HSE, QM, costs and deadlines
  • Assist in the creation of “lessons learned” to improve the sequence of operations
  • Maintain acceptance check lists and logs
  • Coordinate work of contractors on site
  • Comply with HSSE and QA standards during the complete construction phase
  • Assist personnel management of construction section on site on the ship


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Well-founded professional experience in a leading position as site manager or similar position or partial responsibility of construction work projects
  • Engineer with a degree in civil, mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Construction knowledge in the offshore and wind power area or harbour and coastal waters construction
