Installation and maintenance of CA IDMS & CA-IDMS related Software
Support of day-to-day performance & tuning (infrastructure)

Advise and assist in project related activities in areas described above.

General skills
Strong communication skills.
Languages: English (word and writing) and preferably Dutch.
Ability to make clear agreements and live up to those agreements.
Teamplayer. Ability to cooperate with the other syspro's and the DBA's within the team as well as with other teams, clients and vendors in projects.
Create implementation documents and other technical documentation.
Create clear workinstructions in order to transfer the work to others (f.i. IDC India), knowledge transfer.
Flexible. Ability to cope with changes in planning and priorities. Ability to work under (time) pressure. Quick learner (new environments).
Willing to work outside office hours (weekends and nights) for projects and changes.
Willing to be standby on a regular base

Technical skills:
At least 5 years provable and recent experience on Mainframe as a Systems Programmer.
Knowledge of ISPF, TSO, REXX, JCL, OPC and Mainview
Basic knowledge of SAS and Assembler is a plus
Provable indepth knowledge and handson experience with CA IDMS (systems programming and system management)
Knowledge and experience with the installation and maintenance of third party vendors (CA and BMC)
Knowledge of either CICS, IMS and DB2 is a plus
