Description
Our client, based in the South-Eastern suburbs, is seeking a technical support analyst for a 4-6 week assignment.
You will have at the following skills and experience:
- 2-4 years experience with IT support desk roles and responsibilities
- Strong experience with the use, configuration and troubleshooting of support desk tools
- Experienced with Help Desk Software. Experience with the use of HotH (House on the Hill) will be highly advantageous
- Setting up and running reports
- SQL experience with the ability to investigate and analyse the software
- Excellent communication skills is essential
- You must have the flexibility to travel when required.
