Our client, based in the South-Eastern suburbs, is seeking a technical support analyst for a 4-6 week assignment.

You will have at the following skills and experience:

  • 2-4 years experience with IT support desk roles and responsibilities
  • Strong experience with the use, configuration and troubleshooting of support desk tools
  • Experienced with Help Desk Software. Experience with the use of HotH (House on the Hill) will be highly advantageous
  • Setting up and running reports
  • SQL experience with the ability to investigate and analyse the software
  • Excellent communication skills is essential
  • You must have the flexibility to travel when required.
