Our customer is a large retailer for consumer products. S/He wants to replace his existing system landscape in CRM by SAP.
SAP CRM will be implemented in different phases over the next 3 years.
The scope of the whole program will be Campaign Management, Dataservices, Services, Claims, Order Management and Interaction center.
Especially for Order Management and Interaction Center we are looking for experienced resources but also for the other areas we are pleased to get CV's from experienced consultants.
It will be a 100% engagement and the consulting has to be done onsite in Moscow.
Project start: end /beginning
Go live planned (Ordermanagement): 1st quarter 2013
Language: Russian or English - both would be a big plus
Capacity: 100% - 5 days/week
Special skills 1: SAP CRM (Order Management, but also other areas welcome)
Special skills 2: SAP CRM + HANA, SAP CRM + Trex
