Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Cardiff - £505 per day
A leading retail bank requires a Senior Business Analyst to work on a major change programme based in Wales.
The programme aims to make the Group leaner and more efficient. This includes everything from products to processes and systems to structure. The programme will complete the integration work for the Credit Cards Business and target Operating Model of a single set of systems and processes for the Cards business.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated experienced Business Analyst with both the experience of the Credit card business and the Migrations. The successful person will be responsible for working with the business through the analytical phases of the project to identify and describe the requirements for change. They will evaluate the business impact of these changes and ensure that they are properly tested before implementation and validation afterwards
Your key accountabilities for this role include:
- To perform Basel impact assessments, model calibrations and adjustments, and to support the migration of assets from one regulatory model to another
- To support the specification, build and testing of BAU monitoring and calibration solutions for the migrated assets
- To support the specification and testing of the model implementation and data sources
- Perform analysis and produce documentation to support the governance process for model changes
- Produce technical design documentation, in accordance with relevant standards
