The position will work under minimal supervision and provide high quality development and management oversight.
This person must be someone who defines success through delivering high quality results consistently.
Skills and Required Experience:
- Extensive experience developing using Java
- Worked within TDD environment
- Experience with most of the following tools and protocols: HTML, XML, DOM, XSL, XPath, SQL, JUnit, TFS, ANT, CruiseControl
- High level of analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
