Our client, a leading global company in the advertising business are seeking an experience CRM & Loyalty manager to join them in Central London. As a CRM & Loyalty Manager you will help build the next stage of their relationship marketing programs across both the consumer and commercial elements of their business.

Key areas;

The ability to clearly articulate the opportunity for their relationship marketing programs to senior management stakeholders
The ability to define distinct problem statements and solutions that are going to be tackled with the resulting new CRM and loyalty programs
Branding and launch of the programs
The ability to construct a program that delivers to defined KPI's and ultimately positions itself as a revenue driver for the company
Revolution of their existing relationship marketing programs followed by a methodical process of test and learn evolution
A program that blends traditional CRM with the required elements of the new always on multi device consumer in the social world
A tenacious attitude that has drive and commitment to gathering requirements and aligning programs to the business in a challenging cross Matrix environment
The ability to communicate effectively the value propositions and value of the program at all levels. To internal customers, external customers and their channel

Candidates must be experienced within a similar role and would have been recognised on a previous program they have built.
