Engagement Manager - OSS/BSS - Italian Speaking Must
Location: Milan, Italy
Duration: 3 to 6 months (Possible For Extension)
Job Description:
- Looking for 8+ years of experience in the area of OSS/BSS system and system integration testing.
- Knowledge of service assurance, activation and billing systems for multi-services and multi-vendor communication networks.
- Monitor effectiveness of SLAs, operating standards, end-to-end business processes and key interfaces between Client and Development team
- Identify, escalate and lead resolution of issues identified around SLAs or quality of service delivered to customer.
- Provide reporting to Client management as required, consolidating reports and integrating with any additional KPIs/reporting required.
- Experienced Program Management & excellent communication skills.
- End to end test strategy.
