This position is for an Senior IT Support Specialist and will involve, among other duties, software installs, hardware break/fix support, SW/HW trouble-shooting, PC builds/deployments, case documentation and SLA adherence. The successful applicant needs to have excellent technical skills, people skills and communication skills - both written and verbal. This role also requires the ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The individual must be able to work without direction and needs to show a history of extremely strong software and hardware skills. The successful applicant needs to be self-motivated, show initiative, and have the willingness to always 'get the job done' in a quick, professional manner. Macintosh skills are a plus.
Requirements
A+ certification
7+ years professional IT experience supporting a large user environment of 300+
Windows XP experience required; Windows 7 experience required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated to achieve quality work
Must have a proven history of strong hardware and software skills in a Windows XP/7 environment.
Macintosh skill a plus
3-5 Years of experience is a MUST
