As a specialist Financial Services Consultancy we are seeking 2 Implementation Managers from a Corporate Banking Relationship Management Background to work full time on client site, one based in Birmingham and one in Manchester.The roles will support a number of Relationship Managers within the Corporate and Institutional banking division in the completion of an AML project.
Core responsibilities include:
- Liaise with Relationship Managers and customers at a senior level of large corporate businesses
- Collate and analyse customer account data
- Engage with clients to complete KYC records
- Liaise between KYC experts and customers to identify gaps, what is required & communicate back to the customer.
- Liaise with and co-ordinate business operations teams, Customer Relationship Managers and Service Delivery Managers to successfully complete customer records
- Identify and escalate any risks or issues that may affect the successful completion of the project
Essential Experience:
- Financial Services Corporate Relationship Manager experience
- Minimum 5 years banking operations experience
- Good MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills, MS Outlook Skills
- Experience working in larger organisations in high volume environments
