My client is a large Bank in Edinburgh recruiting for an interim Head of Costs and a costs manager. Details of the roles can be found below:
Manager - Cost Reporting
- Standardise and rationalise the current cost reports produced Create reports in line with agreed SLA's
- Automate reporting utilising the functionality delivered by Transform Finance and MI
- Deliver Group wide cost processes
- Manage, develop and motivate colleagues to create a high performing team to deliver business objectives
- Act as a senior source of professional expertise and input into the development of Finance policy
- Manage the implementation of medium term operational plans in the context of the strategic direction
- Manage develop and implement processes to deliver Group policy aligned to own area
- Build and maintain a cross functional internal network to optimise business results
- Initiate and deliver agreed change programmes to achieve continuous improvement
- Review, evaluate and mitigate potential risks
