Recruitment Administrator, Bolton, North WestIDH Group are the UK's largest dental corporate with a network of over 500 practices nationwide. * Recruitment Administrator required for Bolton, Greater Manchester
* Recruitment Administrator Start date: 17th September 2012
* Recruitment Administrator working hours: 5 days a week Monday - Thursday (09:00 - 17:30) Friday's (09:00 - 17:00)
Key Responsibilities:
* Regular communication with Primary Care Trust's to ensure dentist applications are approved.
* Referencing, employment screening, exit interviews and refer a friend applications to be processed in the absence of the dedicated RSA managing these administrative tasks.
* Support Regional Recruitment Partners hire high volume dentists, specialists and locums across a dedicated region.
* Issuing of accurate contracts within agreed service level agreements
* Candidate management - telephone and online
* Updating e-recruitment system and providing management information when necessary
* Work in partnership with Recruitment Partner to ensure accurate contract data is gathered i.e. days./hours
* Prioritize daily workload based on deficit practices, lags, empty chairs and field requirements to keep actual vacancies to a minimum. Check white board daily for direction.
* Chase/check standard CV templates from dentists before issuing these to the PCT, if requested
* Seek endorsement from Clinical Directors for any clinical application data received from a dentists, before issuing to the PCT
* Update the central PCT process document quarterly or when we are made aware of any changes
* Ensure your Recruitment Partner counter signs all job files before they are filed away
* Ensure your Recruitment Partner endorses/checks all PCT applications before they are sent to the PCT
* Catch up weekly with your Recruitment Partner to clarify expectations / priorities
* Work with RSA buddy to ensure PCT registrations covered during holidays/absence
* Manage RSA Support to ensure referencing and other ad hoc duties completed in a timely manner
* Build relationships with Relocation Manager to ensure smooth candidate transition during on-boarding process
* Attend Wednesday morning meeting with Lead Recruitment Support Administrator and raise any issues/concerns
* Follow checklist provided to ensure applications are presentable before forwarding to the PCT
