Description
1-3 plus years software testing experience, 1 year in a Windows Client Server environment required. Developing programs in at least one language (such as C/C++, VB, SQL, etc.). Must have solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices, with strong testing aptitude. Must have the ability to read logical and physical data model diagrams. Ability to read and write C/C++ and VB required. Database programming experience, ie SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, Informix and/or DB2 may be required. Familiarity with COM is needed. Visual Basic, MFC, OLE, Internet tools, NT, compiler preprocessor preferred. Knowledge of personal computer hardware may be required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required and some business/functional knowledge preferred.

Job Responsibilities
* Writes test cases and run/write test automation scripts.
* Performs detailed analysis of test results and adjusts test cases accordingly.
* Works with developers and/or program managers to troubleshoot failures or triage to the appropriate level
