* Salesforce.com Solution analyst (CRM), Field Services, Paris, France.
On behalf of one of our customers based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for a Salesforce.com solution analyst to join an international CRM implementation programme.
Specifically, we need someone with "Field Services" experience (maintenance contracts, warranties)
This is an English speaking role only, a knowledge of French would be an advantage.
Please note that due to project commitments, applications from local candidates (commutable distance to Paris) will be considered first.
Requirements gathering
Design workshop
Writing functional specifications
Follow-up of technical design
Follow-up of UAT testing
You will be required to have:
At least one conclusive experience working on a CRM platform (ideally, salesforce.com)
Good knowledge of customer relation management processes with focus on Customer Support OR maintenance (Field services)
Delivery focused.
International exposure
