Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a FX Operations Business Analyst, to be based in The Docklands.
The FX Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for:
-Responsibility for the business analysis and business project management of Industry and Business-led initiatives through to delivery and post-implementation review
-Work with Change Management teams to provide support for key technology releases
-Undertake continuous process improvements across the GFX domain
-Assist with the accurate production and timely distribution of the department's MI requirements
-Business representation for GFX Ops across the group
-Teamwork - co-ordination of departmental projects and liaison with the key stakeholders globally
-Ongoing regular reviews of the functions across GFX Operations against Global Process Design, ensuring continuity with other Hubs. Summarising findings and highlighting issues and actions to be taken. Monitor any issues and improvements raised for subsequent implementation
-Actively engage and maintain key stake holder relationships outside of Operations, including Front Office, IT, Global GFX change management,
-Ongoing liaison with departmental Line Management to maintain focus and concentration on internal efficiency recommendations
-Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business for which you have responsibility, for example ensuring compliance with SOX regulations
As such, the successful FX Operations Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
-Strong understanding of the GFX business
-Broad knowledge of operations
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to problem solve, articulate requirements and implement change
-Strong leadership and teamwork skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong Organisational skills
-Demonstration of a structured project approach and solid background working as a Business Analyst
