Organisation Design Team Member
An Organisation Design Team Member is required to join a global insurance firm in the City. The Organisation Design Team Member will be responsible for supporting all Org Design activities are completed successfully.
This includes role mapping, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate, communicating updates, supporting risk mitigation and preparing presentation materials.
It is imperative you have delivered this role with a proven track record.
Principle duties:
- Collects, interprets and analyses input information, as required, for role mapping activities; reviews actual role maps and ensures core and extended team members receive the same information.
- Ensures that all specified Organisation Design related documentation is completed, accurate and reviewed by the appropriate Associates and SMEs in line with a defined review Matrix, ensures that all required updates are communicated, agreed within FTP, and applied appropriately.
- Supports risk mitigation with collecting input from all defined stakeholders regarding potential risks related to the specified Organistion Design activities, interprets the incoming information collates the defined risk mitigation actions.
- Actively participates in the preparation activities of presentations including development of presentation materials of the Transformation Stream, supports FTP & HR in the communication with Associates during the transition period.
- Maintains and updates specified milestones and reports related to the Transformation and ensures that potential limits, resource issues are highlighted and reported.
