Computer People have a customer based in Portsmouth who have reached out to us for the services of a Business Project Manager/Business Change Manager for an initial 6 month contract.
We require a candidate with a balance of general HR, training and resource management experience.
If successful, you would be working with the Business Change team as you'll:-
-Establish the business change network.
-Develop the organisation design and transition plan and co-ordinating staff engagement and awareness initiatives.
-Define and manage resourcing requirements to achieve the Deployment Plan.
-Ensure the development and delivery of the training plan throughout foundation and mass deployment stages.
-Facilitate an environment that supports our vision and values, whilst encouraging innovation.
We require a Business Project Manager/Business Change Manager with extensive experience in behavioural and cultural change management and key skills required are:-
-Strong project management and planning skills
-Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and good interpersonal skills to negotiate with and motivate others.
-Effective marketing skills will allow you to promote and embed the project vision at all levels of the business
-Ability to work as part of a team to draw commitment from all parties.
-Be proactive, organised and have the ability to multi task.
