Connect44 is looking for an experienced IVR Engineer for our client.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Djibouty
Duration: 3 months renewable
- Extensive VXML-IVR competence including:
- Architecture & Design (including capacity dimensioning)
- Call Flow development
- Low Level Design for IVR as part of CBiO2.1 covering:
- Architecture & Integration
- Call Flow
- Product Customization
- Test Object List
- Acceptance Test Procedure (HW & Services/Configuration testing)
- Support UAT & onsite SI.
