Oracle R12 HR functional consultant with excellent business analysis skills with experience of Oracle R12 HRMS. This is an EXCEPTIONAL opportunity with an EXTRAORDINARY and hugely SUCCESSFUL company. More recent experience should be in business and requirement analysis in the environment of an R12 implementation/upgrade/rollout as well as in Oracle ERP SUPPORT and MAINTENANCE programmes. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Oracle ERP background in HR domain. Business analysis and functional experience on implementation of HRMS, Payroll, OLM, OTL, SSHR is essential.
You will have a good understanding of ERP infrastructure, understanding the needs and requirements of stakeholders for customisations, performance, enhancements and have the knowledge of best practice in an Oracle R12 environment.
