Customer Development Manager, Casino (6 month FTC)

We are a market leader in our field, investing in cutting edge new technologies in online gaming and telephone betting.

As Ladbrokes continues to grow we are seeking a Customer Development Manager, Casino to join the Customer Development department, based at our Head Office.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Development, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:

  • Develop player customer engagement and maximise yield of core customers through-out their life cycle
    Develop and deliver a customer product and marketing strategy to drive growth in Ladbrokescasino.
    To include:
    - Cross-sell
    - Up-sell
    - Loyalty
  • Plan and execute customer communications strategy to maximise the lifetime value of casino customers through ongoing segmentation of Core Customer base.
  • Define and set cross-sell campaigns for driving NGR from cross-sold customers Sports customers into Casino, Games customers into Casino.
  • Devise Test and Learn campaigns to grow customer play time and drive NGR.
  • Design and development of reactivation promotions for customers at risk of lapsing across all digital channels (online/mobile)
  • Plan and implement "Moments of Truth" communication triggers to ensure the engagement of winning and losing customers and optimise yield
  • Undertake continuous on-site, market and competitor analyses to ensure marketing activities achieve competitor differentiation as well as meet KPIs and profitability requirements
  • Liaise with International Casino Managers/Country Managers on the relevance and implementation of set campaigns to their local audience
  • Oversee International markets' requirements met in terms of content and campaign collateral.

The Customer Development Manager, Casino should have proven experience of working in the online/CRM roles, developing customer value and be able to manage full budget and reporting. You must be educated to degree level, or equivalent. Previous experience with of people management would be advantageous.
