Description

A Change Manager is required to manage and lead a team working on a large complex programme of change for a well known client in the Midlands.

The successful individual will be:
*Accountable to key stakeholders for the delivery of milestones to an agreed quality, time and cost
*Using Project Management methodology to ensure the ongoing progress of projects is formally tracked in line with programme governance
*Using Matrix management methodologies to lead a team of Change Analysts
*Identifying internal and external resources required to deliver the project
*Coaching, training and developing new project resources

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background of:
*Change Management or related Project Management leadership
*Detailed knowledge and experience of the project life cycle
*Knowledge of Group Operational processes and procedures
*A range of experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution
*Managing a large change programme within a corporate/financial environment
*Delivering change through people management
*Financial management and budget control
