C#/.Net Developer/Programmer Analyst
Location: Clark County, Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 9 months +
Rate: DOE
Note: Only locals needed
Special Skills:
- Good level experience in C# .NET Back End programming required or Good level experience in ASP.NET Front End programming required or Good level experience in T-SQL
- Experience in systems analysis, design, programming required.
- Experience in the design and construction of Client Server applications required.
Duties:
- Will assist with the internal software engineering staff in the on-going development a Justice Public Safety solution for multi-agency interaction of a system that will be used for receiving, storing and retrieval of data related to wanted vehicles (stolen, lost, towed, etc). The number of users of the system will be in the 1,000+ range. The documentation of the solution is also expected.
- Demonstrates proficiencies in either C#, ASP.NET and/or T-SQL programming
- Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarly with MS SQL Server databases.
- Creates new or modifies existing programs.
- Plans and develops test data to validate new or modified programs; designs input and output forms and documents.
- Troubleshoots software problems as needed, for customers, other agencies and information systems personnel.
- Test and evaluates alternative solutions and recommend and implement appropriate applications design.
- Maintains and communicate accurate status of work performed. Interviews functional and technical staff to gather documentation required for analysis of current system architecture and application requirements.
- Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's service by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the team.
