Workforce Management System Architect - WFMS, Mobile OS, Telecoms
Workforce Management System Architect - Darwin Recruitment is currently working with a leading communications company in Sweden that is in need of a Workforce Management System Architect to help design, implement and optimize on their WFM system.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following:
Application design of WFM handheld terminal
Platform Design of WFM scheduling system
Large-capacity and reliability design
Requirements & Qualifications:
Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications
Minimum of 10 years working experience in telecom management software.
Familiar with operation, maintenance and on site services of telecommunications, familiar with resource scheduling methods, and experienced in scheduling model design and optimization
Deep understanding and solid experience in one of the following areas:
The main scheduling engine design
The main WFMS system design
Client design of enterprise management system based on Android, IOS and Windows phone 8
Large-capacity, distributed design
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Worldwide short-term travels are required
