Sirius Telecom are - for a Norwegian operator - looking for a Process Optimisation Specialist for their country wide Telecom network deployment.
Challenge
Review and optimize prioritized/strategic processes within the project Program Roll-Out.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess weakness/issues of current priority/strategic PMO processes
- Responsible for development and integration of multiple projects to support elevation of PMO to decision-enabling body
- Gathering functional business requirements, conducting interviews with internal users to develop and document specifications and construct business process maps
- Evaluating of processes & systems, and developing expert-level knowledge of different management processes and will become proficient as a user of the business processes in order to train others within the project
- Applies management/business principles and research methods to the workplace while working with management to reorganize the process environment
Skills needed
- The candidate should have proven skills with two or more of the following: Business Process Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, Process Analysis and Process Mapping, Project Management
- Ideal if candidate has proven Business Process experience from different organizations
- Excellent communicator and negotiator - able to function as a change agent'
- Demonstrated complex project experience.
- Demonstrated communications skills to multiple management levels.
- Demonstrated project software experience - MS Office, VISIO mandatory
- Strong command of English (Norwegian/Scandinavian is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Excellent Team player
