Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of an Implementation Manager with experience of implementing new business processes and experience of implementing multiple systems simultaneously within a retail banking environment, the project is to implement changes require
Core duties of the role:
- To plan and deliver, in accordance with the Group's change management methodology, the FATCA people, process and technology changes at international sites.
- Develop an agreed Implementation Plan for each international site based on the appropriate technology solution and the necessary people and process changes working with appropriate business and IT stakeholders
- Develop with the applicable business stakeholders an appropriate and agreed Business Transition plan
- Develop with the applicable business stakeholders an appropriate and agreed Business Readiness checklist
- Develop with the applicable IT stakeholders an appropriate and agreed IT Readiness checklist
- Manager through to successful delivery the above
Core skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in successfully delivering projects covering people, process and technology.
- Understanding of both IT and Business change management and delivery.
- Tools - MSP 2007, Visio, MS Office Suite
- Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a Service Readiness and Introduction role.
- Previous experience of implementing business process changes.
- Previous experience it IT Systems delivery.
- Experience delivering projects internationally.
- Experience on regulatory project delivery.
