AN EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF MS EXCEL, MS ACCESS AND VBA (Visual Basic FOR APPLICATIONS) IS ESSENTIAL.
*The candidate will automate the daily Buying and Routing activities and support the finance manager with the management of the Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. The contractor will to enable a more transparent view on costs, revenues, and performance while monitoring daily traffic. This will include day-to-day interaction with the client team and other telephone administrations for commercial, financial and operational issues. The candidates must have excellent Programming and Application Design skills with experience in Visual Basic, MS Access and MS Excel. Good understanding of UNIX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product and Operations Management, Programming/Automating the daily process used for routing/buying decisions, Buying and Routing Management, Billing and reporting Management, Support network commissioning & testing (billing validation). Co-ordinate and follow-up on Accounts receivable & payable. Fluent in English. Excellent attention to details. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively. Telecommunication background is preferred
