Description
Our client is seeking TWO self-motivated, enthusiastic Server Technicians to join their team for an exciting 4 month contract with possible extensions based in Port Macquarie on the beautiful NSW Mid North Coast.If successful you will be responsible for the administration and enhancement of the server infrastructure, design, implementation and operational usage.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Around 4+ years as a Server Technician or similar role
- Windows 7 or Windows 2008 experience
- Strong experience in Active Directory
- Experience in DNS and DHCP
- Any MCP or MCITP qualifications will be highly regarded
- Experience working in a team environment
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk/Desktop/Customer service role is a bonus
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Contribute to and facilitate in a team based culture
