We are currently looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join a large Utilities Client based in Warwickshire.
Job Title: Employee Relations Manager
Start: ASAP
Location: Warwick
Duration: 3 months +
Qualification: CIPD (Desirable)
Skills: Experience of Pay Negotiations, Trade Unions, Terms and Conditions.
ROLE:
The Employee Relations Manager: Transmission will provide ER support to the Transmission business, as well as working alongside HR centres of expertise and business representatives to design and implement ER projects and activities, specifically those associated with processes and TU relationships.
SKILLS:
- Significant Employee Relations experience, including active involvement in TU negotiation and consultation processes. Project management experience.
- Proven Employee Relations experience
- Experience of organisational change
- Experience of pay negotiations.
- Handling Trade Union discussions etc
- Review of Terms & Conditions of Employment
- Consultations and negotiation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally CIPD qualified
TECHNICAL:
- Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, specifically that associated with TU and labour relations.
- Experience of developing and delivering new policies, processes and procedures in a highly unionised environment.
- Able to use wide range of technical tools such as email, word documents, spreadsheets and presentations
