Supply Manager/Banking/Contract/London/£600-£1000pd
I am looking for a Lead Demand & Supply Manager with ideally banking experience for my client a top tier investment bank to join their expanding team based in Bexley Heath.
Forecast, identify, secure and coordinate the implementation of internal and external resources across the e2e supply chain to enable delivery of the portfolio of change. This will require ensuring that the right resource are working on the right projects at the right time minimising delivery risk and maximising production and efficiency.
- Successful senior stakeholder and supplier management - internal and external, and across Group/SBU boundaries
- Successful people leadership at a senior level within a large organisation
- Graduate calibre with significant commercial management experience across a number of business disciplines
- Excellent knowledge of industry expertise to add value to business requirements through expert advice and support
- Extensive Project Management/Business Change experience in cross functional teams
- Accredited Change practitioner with extensive experience in large scale change structure
- Extensive knowledge of the structure and operating environment of the business
