'Service Management Lead'
Skills: ITIL v3 Master or Expert, Service Management, Service Delivery
Our clients seeks an experienced 'Service Management Lead' responsible for heading the Service Management Team in the IT Service Management projects. To be considered for this contract role you will need to have a strong background in Service Management and you will be responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing execution of all ITIL v3 based service management processes, whilst ensuring that these processes are in line with the customer contract. You will train other team members in best practice and execution of the processes once they have been established.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Manage a service management team delivering services via an outsourced model
*Key interface for achieving high customer satisfaction
*Working as key member of internal account team
*Working closely with the customer retained organisation
*Ensuring the relevant internal resources are engaged in a timely manner
*Ensuring services are delivered in line with both the customers and internally documented standards
*SLA Achievement
*Customer satisfaction
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Day to day responsibility for the management of an onshore team c8 people
*Responsibility for co-ordinating and managing virtual teams as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
*Consulting experience gained at multiple companies
*Implementing service management processes within a large enterprise
*Managing ongoing delivery of service management processes
*Working in an onshore/offshore model
*Providing services as part of a managed service
*Working in large enterprises
*IT Service Delivery with teams spread over multiple locations
*Manufacturing or automotive environments
Furthermore you will be required to work in an onshore/offshore environment, therefore you should bring a certain flexibility to do business travels on short notice.
