To search and be creative to find solutions for our partners
Be a facilitator of change
Operate at a senior level to build trusted partner relationships
Become an expert in the Lean principals and tools, so that you can role model
Influence the adoption of the Lean principles and tools across all departments and business domains and Coach partners in the use of the Lean principles and tools
Your Profile:
You have a manager profile and possess the following qualities:
Excellent English communicator (listening, speaking & observational)/presentation skills (both verbal and in writing), other language(s) French or Dutch is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Customer focused and process oriented
Confident to engage into dialogue with senior managers
Pragmatic in the approach for excellence and for continuous improvement
Capable of self-management, Independent
Open to learn new skills
Strong Team spirit and Emotional Intelligence
High stress-resistance to complex environments and deadlines
You have a proven track record of results, experience in applying a Change Management/Continuous improvement methodology (eg Lean)
Experience with project/process management is an asset
Enthusiastic to work in an international IT environment
