Description
My Brussels based client within the financial sector has an urgent requirement for a Continuous Improvement Manager with in depth knowledge of Lean principles for an initial 5 month contract with the possibility of further extensions. The Continuous improvement team fosters the sprit of knowledge sharing and provokes creative thinking to solve real business problems using the Lean principles with their business partners.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Challenge our current processes to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Search and be creative to find solutions for our partners
- Be a facilitator of change
- Operate at a senior level to build trusted partner relationships
- Become an expert in the Lean principals and tools
- Influence the adoption of the Lean principles and tools across all Technical departments and business domains and Coach in the use of the Lean principles and tools
Applicants will be expected to have a proven track record of results in applying a Change Management/Continuous improvement methodology such as Lean and to be an excellent communicator in English which is the business language. The ability to converse in either French or Dutch would also be beneficial.
