Senior Project Manager - Telephony/Call Centre.
My Blue Chip Financial Services Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has has worked on telephony/call centre projects within a Retail Banking environment/Financial Services. You will have a track record of delivery/implementation in a number of change projects, along with project definition and Planning. Proven Project Management and Change management skills are essential. Taking responsibility for the end to end project life cycle including the implementation delivery activity and ensuring the initiative is accepted into BAU. Working on a specific project around telephony/call centre so experience in this area is a must.
