A 12 month contract position has become available to join the Online Marketing team at a major Blue Chip telecommunications organisation. The role will be working within the B2B area of the organisation on engaging business critical projects.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Own specific areas of online capability across website to develop and optimise online channel share, conversion and customer satisfaction
- Lead virtual, cross functional teams to design, develop and deploy online capability.
- Analyse online analytics data to drive conversion improvement and customer experience optimisation
- Brief and manage input from digital agencies to deliver online campaigns, UI designs and digital assets
- Work closely with technology teams to design solutions for new or improved online experiences, products and features
- Contribute to business cases to secure funding for online development activity
Experience of working in a fast paced online marketing arena is essential in the role as well as defining and delivering online products. A passion and flair for online is also required.
