An exciting opportunity for a Executive PA to provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Subsea Global Quality Leader and leadership team at a leading Oil & Gas company.

* Managing all aspects of daily calendars, including scheduling of internal and external meetings, appointments, conference calls, special events and travel itineraries.
* Coordinating all travel arrangements globally (airline, hotel, car bookings visas, meeting logistics, etc.) and related expense reporting.
* Interfacing and communicating effectively with customers, senior management, other administrative staff and all levels of the organization by providing professional interaction and strong communication link.
* Maintaining a professional administrative environment. This includes proper handling of confidential information, timely completion of tasks, and relationship building with other Executive Administrators in GE.
* Managing all communications as needed, including e-mails, phone and other messages, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and followed-up appropriately.
* Creating timely and accurate presentations for both internal and external audiences using PowerPoint.
* Providing administrative support to other senior staff as requested from time to time. Other duties as assigned will include special projects as requested with demonstrated flexibility and understanding.

Contractor Ideal/Special Experience:

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with the ability to bring assignments to a successful completion.
* Self-motivated, self-starter capable of remaining flexible to changing work priorities.
* Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Intranet).
* Strong English language proficiency.
