Brief Job Description
- Strong BSS telecom domain expertise for Convergent Billing implementation for wireless, wire line, cable, high speed data & content.
- Have experience of at least two End-to-End OBRM and other COTS from Design to post - implementation support as Designer in tier 1/2 Telecom Operators.
- OBRM or other COTS Certification would be added advantage
- As clear understanding of OBRM system architecture with customized Opcode development and policy files customization.
- Has worked on Rating, billing, customer management, Service Provisioning, Accounting & Authorization, Order Management, Server Side API enhancement and development
- Extending the infranet data model, Designing and implementing custom upcodes and data managers
- Working knowledge of Customer center manager, Developer Suite, Permissioning Center, Conversion Manager (CMT-Migration Tool), UEL event loading, Price Plan configuration, Pipeline manager, iScript and iRule customizations, Accounting (General Ledger)
- Knowledge of BRM Administration, Environment configuration & Database setup
- C language, Unix, Java
- PLSQL
- Shell Scripting
- AAA Protocols(Radius and diameter)
Key experience to search
- Strong functional knowledge of wholesale carrier billing and its related interfaces
- Prior experience of Interconnect implementation
- Understanding of Interconnect reference data model
- Good communication including high-level of spoken English & good document writing skill.
- Experience in software/systems design work.
- Authored functional and design specification
- Technical understanding of Business Systems and Services solutions and appreciation of their structure and workings.
- Strong team player with ability to train and lead others.
