For one of our customers TFC - Talent Force Cooperation - is looking for several Integration Engineers.

The VoIP/IP Integration Engineer is a highly skilled internetworking professional who performs design, end-to-end integration and migration services for clients using a technical and consultative approach. This professional designs, integrates, migrates, tests, and troubleshoots VoIP/IP Networks to successfully deliver VoIP/IP Networks to our clients. The engineer also supports business development and pre-sales activities. The project will be the first assigned engagement, working with a team of (technical) projects managers, designers and integration professionals to successfully implement, migrate and adding new services to existing platform(s).

The VoIP/IP integration engineer will create designs, configuration files, integration/migration plans and Acceptance Test Plans (ATP's). The engineer will also work at the customer location to review the design, load configuration files and provision the VoIP/IP network via GUI and/or CLI. Upon completion of the integration the engineer will run the ATP to verify network readiness. The engineer will also troubleshoot, isolate and fix any issues encountered during the integration and testing phase. The integration engineer will also be engaged in business development and pre-sales support to include Scope Of Work (SOW) creation.

Hard skills:

- B. Sc. Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
- 4+ years telecom experience in a customer facing, trials or deployment role.
- Experience with network deployment and integration with customers networks.
- Debugging experience with protocols SIP and RTP.
- Experience in Linux, Solaris based operating systems, Preferred experience in protocols ISUP, INAP/TCAP and IN concepts, PRI, NCS, TGCP, MGCP, VXML, Q.931, H.248, ALS.70, Sigtran IUA or able to develop the gaps quickly.
- Preferred experience in Routing, Switching (TCP/IP) and IP/MPLS.
- Excellent documentation/technical procedure authoring skills.
- Language skills: Advanced level of English, Preferred advanced level of Dutch.
- Experience in reading High Level Designs and writing Low Level Designs and implementation plans.

Soft skills:

- You have good social & communication skills and like contacts with customers.
- Able to travel within Benelux and open to mobility.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new things with a can-do attitude.
- Be a self-starter, requiring little or no supervision.
- Be a team player, capable of operating in a network of human and professional relations of multi-cultural backgrounds.
- Be focused on achieving results with a strong practical approach.
- Be ready and capable to apply creative and analytical approaches to problem solving.

Hours a week: 40 hours.
