Role: Retail Banking Trainer

Overview:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, require a trainer to analyse requirements, produce training materials and deliver training for new customer service processes and systems for a portion of the bank that is being divested.

Core duties of the role:

  • Provide training support to the Customer Services Programme to upskill existing Customer Services resources.
  • To ensure training needs are understood for staff moving to the divested bank.
  • To understand systems and processes being delivered in Customer Services Operation
  • To collate and where necessary write training material.
  • To build training modules using Captivate.
  • To deliver face to face training where required.

Corte skills and experience required:

  • Proven training track record using recognised methodology.
  • Understanding of Banking systems and processes at a high level.
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a diverse and geographically separated team.
  • Excellent knowledge/experience using Captivate.

Desirable Skills

  • Stakeholder management, managing uncertainty
  • Previous experience in integration divestment/Customer Services implementation project/programme an advantage
