Role: Retail Banking Trainer
Skills: Retail Banking - Training - TNA - Customer Services
Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, require a trainer to analyse requirements, produce training materials and deliver training for new customer service processes and systems for a portion of the bank that is being divested.
Core duties of the role:
- Provide training support to the Customer Services Programme to upskill existing Customer Services resources.
- To ensure training needs are understood for staff moving to the divested bank.
- To understand systems and processes being delivered in Customer Services Operation
- To collate and where necessary write training material.
- To build training modules using Captivate.
- To deliver face to face training where required.
Corte skills and experience required:
- Proven training track record using recognised methodology.
- Understanding of Banking systems and processes at a high level.
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a diverse and geographically separated team.
- Excellent knowledge/experience using Captivate.
Desirable Skills
- Stakeholder management, managing uncertainty
- Previous experience in integration divestment/Customer Services implementation project/programme an advantage
