Pricing & Performance Manager required to work for a large telecommunications company based in Berkshire.
The Pricing & Performance Manager will manage the performance of Contract MBB base margin and Products & Services area to deliver the P&L targets.
Key work includes reporting on key drivers of the margin and base results, analysing tariff/device profitability, providing insight on growth opportunities and working with Marketing to set clear direction on actions required to deliver the targets.
The Pricing & Performance Manager sits in the P&L and Customer Base Performance team (team of 9) within the Commercial Finance department. It breaks into two main areas of responsibility: Contract MBB P&L and Base performance; Products & Services P&L performance.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure reporting of key financial and customer KPI's are produced with clear explanation of variances to targets eg revenue, cost and margin analysis by tariff and device, impact of new and upgrading customer on results, etc.
Finance lead in developing Contract MBB and Products propositions producing financial assessments with recommendations. The will include new MBB tariffs, Handset and MBB insurance products, mCommerce launch, etc.
Completing post implementation reviews of the propositions with key learnings.
Identifying opportunities and developing business plans with Marketing and operational teams to deliver the targets.
Manage, lead and develop one direct report - Margin Analyst.
Develop good working relationships with Marketing team and be a strong business partner.
Become highly knowledgeable in the Contract MBB and relevant Products market including an understanding of the competitiveness of Three's proposition and opportunities.
Define key reporting requirements to improve and drive performance and work with customer analytics team to deliver these requests.
Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Commercial Finance, P&L and Base.
